I was in the process of a used car purchase. I informed them the check was literally on the ***** truck being overnighted and even offered to put cash down to reserve. Instead they sold the car from under my nose inspite of knowing I was a sure sale. Very underhanded.
Very poor service department and customer service. My 2019 ***** Silverado has engine failure. I asked for an itemized breakdown parts and labor for repairs and total cost. I was told they cant provide that until I approve the repairs.
