The painters this company uses do a horrible job and do not patch the holes they make in the roof when painting. We have had to have several places repaired on our 5 year old roof because the painters were not careful with their ladders and their materials. The paint company is Battle which is a family member of this business. We also have to have our house repainted because of the lack of work ethic. We have only been in this house 5 years.

This company tries to represent themselves with professionalism, however that is not the case. They have a set of townhouses for lease in Winder Ga,... property Mgr is rude, disrespectful and speaks poorly about other tenants. I’ve never been happier to not move forward with a gut feeling that came so clear based purely off the disrespectful demeanor of the property Mgr. I highly recommend no one to look into or even think of leasing from this company.
