I would gladly give zero star if I was able to. It’s been over 5 weeks and I continue to get lip service that my Electric wheel chair is going to be repaired. VA sent Mobility Plus to my house to repair, they left saying that they would submit the repair to VA Battle Creek for approval. I could VA the same day and they said the repair order was approved. My Dad stayed at the CLC last year, He had dementia. When he arrived he was way over medicated he was a zombie! They started taking very good care of him, They took him off the drugs and he started making great improvement, It took a couple months but I had my Dad back as much as he would be.
