I've lived here for 5 years following every single rule they have. During an inspection and it wasn't an inspection they searched under stuff well they had my girlfriend standing outside so grabbing things and taking pictures knocking over medications to claim. Weed paraphernalia nothing more we smoke outside as the lease says. Put Battle Creek housing commission uses a prosecutor that police tones and talks at you so you don't even get a chance to explain. Kellogg Manor Is A Horrible Place To Live, I Have Only Lived Here A Year And Already Moving Out, Maintenance Takes Weeks To Do Anything In The Units, Danielle Anglin Wyrick Always Has An Atitude With The Tenants, They Literally Have The Police Here At Least Everyday, Police And Ambulance Have No Acess To The Building, Just Overall A Horrible Place To Live.
They have been extremely helpful. The building is well maintained and secure. Thank you Danielle for all you do.
