The staff here were honestly great, but the overall experience left us mixed. My friend injured his hand on the punching machine, which is placed only a few feet from a hard vending machine surface. When he swung naturally, he hit the machine and ended up with bruising and pain. Lucio assisted right away and was extremely kind and understanding.
