Wonderful staff
This company is the real deal. A team of professional tree guardians and they have the finest equipment. They arrived on time, completed all trimming carefully and safely. No broken limbs or half-cut branches. Their men were capable and strong a performed with great agility. The pine tree they removed towered over our house by approximately 50 feet-but no problem-a crane arrived and they separated the tree in several pieces and air lifted it up over the house and right into the shredder. I was impressed by the hustle of the team that was sent to my work to remove a tree and even more so by the chipper! The gentleman that gave me the bid, the gal that called to schedule, and the gents that worked so hard and cleaned up when finished were all kind and helpful. From the arborist who had great suggestions to all the workers and admin staff - everyone was exceptional. The team spent three days at our house getting our trees ready for fire season. They really were amazing, fast, efficient and cleaned up all the debris. I highly recommend them.
Start to finish this has been one of the best experiences with a home service company! I called originally on a Saturday and was shocked that a young lady answered the phone! I spoke with Sarah who was so polite, she let me ramble on about the condition of my trees, she took my information and set up an appointment for me to meet with the job preparer.
