I was impressed by the hustle of the team that was sent to my work to remove a tree and even more so by the chipper! The gentleman that gave me the bid, the gal that called to schedule, and the gents that worked so hard and cleaned up when finished were all kind and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank yous! You are appreciated.
From the arborist who had great suggestions to all the workers and admin staff - everyone was exceptional. The team spent three days at our house getting our trees ready for fire season. They really were amazing, fast, efficient and cleaned up all the debris. I highly recommend them.
Start to finish this has been one of the best experiences with a home service company! I called originally on a Saturday and was shocked that a young lady answered the phone! I spoke with Sarah who was so polite, she let me ramble on about the condition of my trees, she took my information and set up an appointment for me to meet with the job preparer. Oh, Battle Born Tree Service, you have a client for life in me. Like a good old cliche, my kitten got spooked and ran right up my tree. I'm talking far up it, like 70 feet up. Poor thing was scared witless. Lo and behold, Battle Born to the rescue! They came by within the hour, climbed that tree, and returned my little idiot to me. Easy peasy.
