Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy. I asked them for a bid for Insulation, but they will not provide quantities and only gave me an overall bid for labor and materials, which is a huge red flag. Stay away from this so-called "family business", which they try to use to get you to sign with them. But they won't be transparent with their pricing.
