I recently had a baby and my knees were constantly achy and she determined I had a case of diastasis. She helped me by coming up with a plan and working with me through various exercises and movements. She also gave me coaching on nutrition and bettering myself in and out. She is the best at what she does! I am closer to being a better me everyday thanks to Danielle.
I had horrible hip pain after years of a rigorous exercise program. I tried everything before I saw Danielle....chiropractor, massage, injections, etc. Nothing helped with my pain and it was getting increasingly worse, to the point I was unable to sit or sleep.
