Doesn’t answer the phone
Cole from Battleborn is great. Has both gates working as well as fixing entry pedestrian gate which wasn't opening. Very professional young man and is reporting back to office how things were left by workers.
I’ve been blessed to work with this company for years. Their integrity, skill, and commitment are unmatched. They have my complete trust and I would use them and refer them for any controlled access job. Matter of fact I have many times!!!
If I could give them ten stars I would do it. Chris was terrific to work with. Honest and knowledgeable. Addressed all my questions and concerns immediately. The product was great. Installation was prompt. Don't forget the phone app, its wonderful. I highly recommend them if you need a reliable gate opener.
Good customer service, quick response and detailed in the work you requested. 24 hour response is a plus. Recommend them 100% over all great experience dealing with this company. Pool gates & Call box are back in working conditions!
