Was harrassed by a front desk manager Joilicia (or something along those lines), an obnoxious and rude woman who refused to honor my prepaid reservation. Stay away from this hotel. Rude, ignorant staff, ran by incompetent and horrible employees.
I booked one of the nicest suites with one of the best views-I booked that specific room ON PURPOSE- the reception could not find my reservation, because they “THOUGHT” I canceled. I never cancelled. I showed up to the hotel I purchased and was told they gave away my room because I didn’t check in. Well sweetie, how could I check in before I even arrived. Doesn’t make sense . Never coming back. This was my first time here- I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, go somewhere else.

The first issue encountered was with room service. Ordered two biscuits and juice. After an hour plus waiting on room service, I walked to the front desk fir assistance. The gentleman seemed sleepy and unordered about my concern. We walked over to the restaurant where there was only ONE table with customers. Our order still hadn't been prepared.
