I definitely wouldn’t recommend this vet. Tristan is a nasty man, who talks over you and will get verbally aggressive when he's in the wrong. He is only worried about getting your money. It’s extremely disappointing. I have also heard this from a few other people. Including vet clinics. The receptionist Karen also calls the clients nasty names while passing the phone to Tristan in the background not realising we can hear. It’s unprofessional and disgusting. Never felt so unwelcome. Fantastic Vet, able to get in immediately and care was 10/10. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent service. Would highly recommend.
I have taken both my dogs to see Dr Tristan at Battery Point. Each time I was able to get an appointment at short notice and had great follow up care. He was kind and caring with my hyperactive anxious dog. He is wonderfully patient and an absolute gem. Thanks Tristan!
10/10 would recommend Tristan and the team at Battery Point Vets. Little übee went and done his CCL on a Saturday. Not only was Tristan able to squeeze me in he explained everything so that I was able to understand. Surgery was on the 10th of Jan and now you wouldn’t even know he had injured him self.
