My dog had a long term issue of ear problems which many treatments had not fixed. Took him to see Tristan who was very thorough. He explained the problem and ways to address it. Making certain I understood it would take time to resolve. Tristan set out a plan which I adhered to and my dog no longer has any issue with his ear. Tristan called us periodically to check progress. Very satisfied with Battery Point Vet Clinic.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this vet. Tristan is a nasty man, who talks over you and will get verbally aggressive when he's in the wrong. He is only worried about getting your money. It’s extremely disappointing. I have also heard this from a few other people. Including vet clinics. The receptionist Karen also calls the clients nasty names while passing the phone to Tristan in the background not realising we can hear and also have the proof of that. Tristan was readily available to help us when our kitten fell sick. He performed surgery to remove a foreign object our little gremlin swallowed. He was kind and patient in the way he explained the situation, and the cost was much more reasonable than I have ever experienced for general vet care and certainly for urgent surgery. Our sweet baby recovered extremely fast and the after care instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you Tristan and team at Battery Point vet.
