My husband and I have been customers at Battery One for over 20 years, and whenever we need a new car battery, this is always the first place we go. Their prices are competitive, but what keeps us coming back is the consistently excellent customer service. Very helpful. They replaced two watch batteries. Reasonably priced.
Battery one was amazing today I called them because my car wouldn’t start and they gave me options and pricing for bringing it in or coming to me for an install at my house. Luckily, I was able to get a jump start and get it to the shop. They installed the battery as soon as I got there and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Excellent service and excellent communication. I can’t recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed and they’re half the price of everybody else in the area.
Had a great experience after being referred by family. Darren did such a quick install. Had me in and out in 5 mins. The price wasn't bad and came with a great warranty too! Will definitely use them again the next time I have car battery issues.
