I’ve been a customer of this store for many years; but never again. The wrong battery was ordered for my son’s Kindle HD6. No big deal, I had my receipt in order to return it. As it turns out, despite the fact that it wasn’t my error, they refused to return the shipping costs to their store. Now, let’s be clear, it wasn’t much money, but for me, that’s not really the point.
