Great service! The staff was able to install the battery on my old GPS that was a little tricky to install because the screw was hidden behind a panel. They were willing to spend time to figure it out.
My iPhone was no longer charging reliably, so I scheduled a replacement at Batteries Plus for $70. Apple wanted $300! I dropped it off and when I returned an hour later to pick it up, the tech handed it to me and said, "No charge. Just some lint I cleaned out for you." Wow! What nice service. And it has been working perfectly since I got it home. These guys became my first stop for phone repair based on this delightful customer service.
Update 2015-6-1, 9 months later, both camera and flow meter still working great. Hundreds of charge cycles and thousands of photos and videos on camera, no problem, battery lasts long time, holds charge no problem. Camera doesn't leak, everything was reassembled correctly and tightly. I wish I could find someone to fix my car this well. Thank you Jim. Website and on the door of the business states store hours. Supposed to be open at 8 and it's now 9 and the door is still locked...terrible customer service
Great Experience ! Had to order a car battery and have it installed. All staff was professional and very helpful! Jacob installed my car battery quick and knowledgable! So friendly and I was very grateful !! Thank you for awesome experience!
