DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE. I was scammed by the technician and now my home button doesn't work properly. Read below for more. Took my phone in for a minor fix a few months ago. The tech damaged my phone then stated he would fix the screen for free which he did. Once he finished he gave me the phone back stating there was some bad news "the home button stopped working". STAY AWAY! Worst experience I have ever had, anywhere! Horrible experience with not only store manager but also the general general manager. Tech admittingly broke my iPhone. My iPhone screen that was cracked in one area but completely functional other than that was returned to me in non working condition. Had a 9:30AM appointment at the 4513 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109 store on 1/23/17. Arrived at 9:30AM only to be told there would be no technician until 12PM. The store manager said someone should have called me the day before to notify me, but no one did. I called at 12PM and asked if I could swing by around 1PM, they said yes and verified that the technician was there. Its just this particular location. Bad customer service. Was barely acknowledged when I walked into the store. The two men that worked used hesitant eye language to determine who should help me. The person that did help me was rude when I asked about a battery. And he didn't even put the battery in the bag when I checked out.

I took my iPhone for repair because the screen was cracked. They changed the screen but the new screen made my phone nonfunctional. It had been working fine prior to having screen changed despite the cracked screen. With the new screen, it did not respond to touch. They said they had to send the phone out to their main technician to have it repaired because the screens were probably faulty and not fitting right. This place had the worst guy working he didn't come out to help and then after all the wait he picks up a piece of garbage of the ground gets back in to his office and gives us attitude for asking him to look up a type of battery

Batteries Plus on Rockville Pike has some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They would not exchange my cell phone battery but offered to keep it over night to check the charge. They offered to call me to let me know the results. Hummmm... Wonder how I would be able to receive that call with no "loaner" battery? The Asian employee that waited on me was abrupt, unfriendly and treated me like I was an annoyance rather than a customer. Mickie, Rockville MD

The man I spoke with could not have been more helpful. I needed a battery ASAP and he arranged to ship it to me quickly. He was nice, friendly, and efficient, what more can anybody ask for?
