Clearly asked for a spare. We wanted to walk out with 2 keys. Not what happened at all. We paid almost $60 to replace the plastic case, that's it! $60 so the keychain loop wasn't broken anymore. MASSIVE RIPOFF. Of course we have no recourse...they got their money from us, so we're just screwed now. Big corporate wins again... But I'm sure the owner will say how much they care about service. Well their employees refusing to do the thing we asked for because it takes longer and he gets paid the same either way says otherwise..

I went in thinking I would have to replace my cellphone battery, but the salesperson checked out my phone, determined that my battery was fine and suggested ways to make the battery last longer, all at no charge to me. I certainly will use them when I really do need a battery in the future.
Apathy was the theme of the day on my recent visit to B+. The Store was empty and I was the loan client. I waited at the counter for about three minutes when this very large slovenly looking young man presents himself at the counter and stares at me. I guess I had to speak first, so I asked him for a CR 1632 battery. He gave me this crazed look and said well do you just want a battery or do you want us to put it in?
