Wow where do I start!!!! I have came to this place 3 times for there mess up!!! First it was to replace my screen which they charge an arm and a leg! 2nd time my screen wasn’t fitting right BUT the back of my son phone was peeling from over heating!!!! They told me he needed a new battery. Of course paid for that and come to find out the sensor was tore off of it so I didn’t need a new battery in the first place (went somewhere else for them to tell me that). I took my iphone to Batteries Plus today because it hasn't been charging reliably. They quickly assessed the problem and determined my four-year-old battery was overdue for replacement. They had the right battery in stock and quickly replaced it while I waited. Expert and friendly service. I'm impressed!
