Had a problem with phone not wanting to boot up Ethan the tech on duty fixed my phone fast he is friendly and courteous and obviously knows phones inside and out a very good technician!!

If i could leave them zero review i would i went into there store for a screen replace the screen was working it was glitchy but still working but when they got a hold of it it went down hill the screen not working at all they tried 3 different screen plus my old screen that was crack mind you the phone screen was working and now nothing they did Something to my phone and going try and say oh it probably a problem deeper like the motherboard naw it was just working you just had change the screen. Batteries Plus 96th street north Owasso Team are very courteous and professional! Especially Mike has helped me with batteries large and small. And programming our keys and door remote Fobs! I will definitely recommend anyone to go to see them for many different issues with batteries, fuses, key fobs and cell phones.
Ethan is such a nice man and his Knowledge and work is excellent. He is very patient with customers who have little knowledge of their devices. I highly recommend BatteriesPlus
