They called the same day and informed us they didn’t have the battery in stock, but would order it the following week and get us scheduled when it came in. Called a week later to see if it was ordered, was told no at first, he knew nothing about the order. By the end of the call, he said one may have been ordered and to try back the next day. People are very pleasant
Had a problem with phone not wanting to boot up Ethan the tech on duty fixed my phone fast he is friendly and courteous and obviously knows phones inside and out a very good technician!!
