My 2019 jeep 🚙 battery was apparently like 6 years old 😱 (it said 36 months on the original) My dad and I walked in and Anna the Assistant Manager was super friendly from the get-go! She was impressive actually 👏 she knew her stuff and was so nice and made me feel at ease ✨️ as I HATE dealing with car issues. She offered to carry the battery 🔋 to my dad's car 🤩 Highly recommend 👌
Customer service at this location is terrible. Never again
I took my car in to have the battery replaced and they said they could not get it out because it was the wrong size. I told them they put it in 4 years ago and they said i must have ordered the wrong size. I explained I used their website that asked what type of car and it still shows this as the correct size. Worst place to buy a battery bought a battery not even 2 months in battery starts to leak was never even installed on my boat store said they will not replace.
