How does a store under the same name not take returns from other locations...so stupid. Definitely not shopping here again Edit - I'm not calling customer care. I won't be back here ever again
My battery has warranty until 2028 took battery in because it would go down after charging the next day. They never called me back about battery I had to call them. They will not honor warranty. I would need to speak with manager next week. I knew something because no one called me. First time I've had problems getting an replacement battery. I told them thanks for nothing. I'll get a battery for someone else.
Went in thinking I needed to spend $130 to get a charge port replaced. Just needed to be cleaned and a small object removed. 5 minutes. No charge. Exceptionally honest! Definitely will get my return business!
I took my car in to have the battery replaced and they said they could not get it out because it was the wrong size. I told them they put it in 4 years ago and they said i must have ordered the wrong size. I explained I used their website that asked what type of car and it still shows this as the correct size.
