I have always gotten great service at Batteries Plus and this time was no exception. I visited the store in Apple Valley to get a key FOB programmed and included mechanical key cut. I arrived when they opened at 8:00A but was told to return at about 9:30A because the service agent was alone at the time and couldn't go outside for a period of time to program the FOB with the car and that a second associate should arrive at about 9:30A. 1st time having to go through warranty with buying a battery here. Normally i just use O'Reilly. I have a battery tester at home and they said they need to test it and come would have to come back in a couple hours. Will just buy from O'Reilly and be able to exchange without hassle of making multiple drives.
Do not take your phone here for repairs. Brought in an almost brand new working phone for a screen replacement and when I picked it up the screen was completely unresponsive. No more in stock so i drove 25 minutes to a different location where I waited another 2 hours for another screen repair only to find out it still don't work. That person said the original repair guy in applevalley damaged the phone. These people have no business touching a cell phone.
