Try to find stater battery for portable generator ECHO MODEL EG-10000 but they was unable to find this battery. Very weird to my. But this time battery plus failed.

Please hire people with some Customer Service just left out this location and was looking for a battery for my car remote Really wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Was trying to ask for help and no one seems to want to help. They just gave me Unwanted look So I just left I didn’t even wanna purchase anything cause I felt unwelcome
Brought in AGM car battery purchased in April 2023. Nice lady said they would check it and let me know. Picked it up next day, and nice man said it was OK and charged to 90%. Took battery home and tested with my smart charger. Showed 11.8 volts and 65% charged. Would NOT take further charge. Installed in car and WOULD not start car. Took to Autozone.
