The guy was good but the two ladies doesn't want to listen when you're trying to explain your issues. Last time I came told me it's my computer and now its my key fob without even touching it. The 3 star was the guy that worked on it before and he work on my wife keys as well.
I received amazing service here today and about 2yrs ago. I purchased the lifetime key fob battery replacement in another state and moved here and of course needed a battery, the gentleman that helped me 2 years ago was very kind,quick and professional, he replaced my battery but failed to update my account. Well today Sherry came to the rescue! She made everything right was extremely kind, tested the battery before she gave it back AND showed me where she made everything right on the screen.
