They turned a simple car key programming into a three month ordeal. Poor communication, no follow-through, three in-person trips to their location on Stage Rd, and ultimately they failed to deliver. The only thing they managed to get right was eventually refunding my money. Should’ve gone elsewhere from the beginning.
