Brought in AGM car battery purchased in April 2023. Nice lady said they would check it and let me know. Picked it up next day, and nice man said it was OK and charged to 90%. Took battery home and tested with my smart charger. Showed 11.8 volts and 65% charged. Would NOT take further charge. Installed in car and WOULD not start car. Took to Autozone. I came in the store about my key fob battery and the young lady was very sweet and told me the pricing single time was 19.99 and the lifetime was 29.99 got the single time and she was so sweet, very helpful, generous. Brit is the G.O.A.T
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase a battery from Batteries Plus , especially the Bartlett location, if you want the product you buy to be warrantied. I purchased a battery from them in May and it has since tested bad and they refuse to warranty it. In addition their employees and in particular a Ms Sherry are rude and insulting. I thought I needed a key fob battery for my car. Bri tested the battery and it tested fine. I didn’t ever even think about trying to program the remote because I thought the battery was dead. Bri suggested I look up the programming info and try to program the remote. I did this IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE STORE and the remote worked just fine. Kind of a hidden gem. Fixed my phone screen and installed a battery in my car. Danny was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dominic helped out too. Oh yeah. A few weeks ago, chargers were not properly charging my phone. I took it to CPR Phone. They wanted $70 just to diagnose the problem. Then i found this place. Danny cleaned out the charging port and it was all good. That's why I returned for that other stuff mentioned.
