The gentleman Gabriel that helped me was very kind, courteous & respectful when he spoke. My battery is under the passenger seat in my Jeep so it’s not easy to take out. With a lot of patience, he was able to get it out and put the new one in. Since the location that’s closer to my home is no longer available. I will be utilizing this location from now on. Thanks Gabe for your excellent Customer Service.
Donovan and Johnathan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always have a great attitude and have great customer service skills. I came in to have a couple car remote batteries replaced and they went over and beyond to help me.
