I really hope Tristin Conley reads this. He treated me 10/10 and helped me start my semi truck when the batteries were dead. It was Sunday, and almost everywhere was closed. I called many places, but nobody answered. When I called Batteries Plus, Tristin helped me right away and did everything he could to help me. He is a really good guy and deserves a raise or even to become a manager. I really appreciate his help. 10/10 service, no disappointment at all. There are still good people out there like Tristin. God bless him! 🙏

If there was a -10 this store would get it. They took two DeWalt batteries from me on January 10, 2026 and I haven't seen them since. I have stopped in the store 4 times and called them 3 times with no success. Supposedly they sent them to their Colerain store, but Colerain doesn't know where they are. Three weeks ago the Tylersville store said the Colerain manager and the District Manager would check on it and call me. Neither one called. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Batteries Plus. I brought my Pixel 6 Pro in because the battery was overheating, expecting a straightforward repair. Instead, the entire process turned into a mess. First, I never received a single proactive update from the store. I had to call every time just to find out what was going on with my phone. When I walked in there was a fella just running all around the store. He was answering phones, helping customers doing it all. His name was Danny and he stopped all that, to go above and beyond for me. He is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will be back, whenever I need something. It took him seconds to replace the battery in my key fob. Thank you, Danny!
