Had a battery on my golf cart that I bought from Batteries Plus go bad. I took it into the store and had it checked and the guy confirmed it was bad. I asked about the warranty and was advised it warranty doesn't apply if the battery drops down to too low of a voltage. I have never heard of that voiding a warranty. I guess the warranty only covers batteries that are good. As soon as they go bad the warranty doesn't apply anymore. He said something about misuse. They installed the battery. Amazing people at this store that are super helpful and knowledgeable! They have helped my mom many times over the years and have been honest and helped her get going again even if they didn't sell her anything. I am thankful there are still people and stores like this in the world. Thank y'all!
