Very professional and excellent service!
I brought my daughter's cell phone in for repair and then back in a couple of weeks later because it still wasn't working correctly. The guys were very helpful- they spent a lot of time trying to get to the bottom of the issue. They explained what they had tried and checked and what they had determined the problem to be. It ended up being a software issue instead of a hardware issue and they made some recommendations for us to try to fix the problem since it isn't something they repair.
