Had scheduled an appointment for phone screen replacement at 6pm. The store sent me a confirmation email. After driving about 30 mins, i reached store at 5.45pm. The technician at the store refused to honor the appointment as it was too late for him. Poor customer service
Drove in traffic across town arrived at 6:10 to get my phone screen replaced. I was informed they will not be able to fix my screen due to they close at 7pm and it takes an hour to fix. I wish the older guy was there he is really nice he would not have turned me away for 10mins. I utilize Batteries Plus for all my generator battery needs, the employees are very knowledgeable and they go that extra mile. If they don't have it in their store they'll get it within a reasonable time frame. I love shopping there.
Karen was amazing and very fast super thankful for how sweet and knowledgeable she was about everything.
