Karen was absolutely amazing & I had a wonderful experience here! My insurance sent me here to get my phone screen fixed & the repair was quick, & I was impressed by their thoroughness... Went to get my key fob battery replaced and 2 watch batteries replaced. Ms. Karen at store #1144 greeted me upon entering and helped me with the replacement of my batteries. She ask if wanted a lifetime replacement battery so I ended up purchasing the lifetime replacement. Karen's customer service and product knowledge was top notch. Thank you Ms. Karen for a wonderful experience.
