Was dealing with several stores trying to find a battery in stock. From Bay Area, but needed to change battery for my son in college in Orange County. Other stores not helpful, just said not in stock. Javier from the Santa Ana store also did not have in stock. But he went above and beyond and find it in stock at a store 40 minutes away. Had phone battery issues after it began swelling up! Fixed for a great, affordable price! More than 60% savings from what my phone manufacturer or Verizon was offering. Recently, went again to get a new car battery and in less than 2 days the battery was ready for pickup/install. The guys working were funny, and held a great conversation. They also provide a great working environment for nearby businesses, and are friends with their Dental neighbors.
Ronnie is THE MAN!!! We came here to get the replacement for our car remote battery. We had the lifetime warranty and he changed it instantly.... in less than 5 minutes. Upon arrival, we discovered they fixed phones too. My husband was about to get a new phone bcz his charger wouldn't stay in. Ronnie informed us that it was because the port was dirty..I didn't believe it at first bcz it wasn't only not charging, the cord wouldn't even stay in!!!! Let's just say RONNIE WAS RIGHT!
