Have you ever gone into a store just to see what they were carrying? I visited the Harker Heights Batteries+ on Nov 5, 2025, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. After politely saying I was “just looking,” the employee repeatedly asked if I needed help and then followed me closely—within about two feet—the entire time. Bought a battery about a month ago and it was tested by 2 different shops and was determined it was indeed a bad battery. A 267.00 dollar battery that when we bought this battery was told by this same person it had a 3 year warranty on it !!! Just got home this same person kept my receipt and battery said they have a 14 day return policy and offered no money !!!! I will never buy from this place again !!!!!
These folks have been taking care of me and my household for a few years now. I’ve always had any of my electrical and battery questions answered quickly and clearly; I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ever purchased here; all the personnel I’ve met at the store, have been kind, courteous, professional, proficient, and extremely helpful. had an appointment for 11 dropped off at 10:42. 1:20 pm still waiting. guy had an issue but didn’t get my phone number to call me to tell me so when i show up i have to continue waiting
