Bought a 180$ battery. Had it in 4 wheeler which I rode in the summer, took out battery for the winter and in the spring, it was dead. Had it a year. Went in with receipt which I was ONE day over 1 year. Would not honor a new battery. Never will I go back.
Brought my car in after difficulty starting. Within 15 minutes they diagnosed a bad battery and replaced it on site. What started out as a bad Friday quickly turned into a positive. The employee was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Thank you Batteries Plus for being a great business

Two times this week the young man there helped me out with batteries for my cars. Great service, fast and pleasant to work with. Give this guy a raise. It’s nice to see someone who cares about the job he is doing.
BP had a defective part and originally missed diagnosing a problem with my phone. After waiting 3hrs. for my repair it wasn't repaired and another 2-3 hrs were required to fix my phone. I live over an hour away. BP owned the problem and made sure I was satisfied when I left. Hard to find companies that follow through these days. I'm a loyal Batteries Plus customer starting right now.
