I got an IPhone screen replacement and the new screen has gray streaks all over it. Whenever the background is white/light, I see dark gray streaks everywhere.
Called to find out if they had a battery for a nest thermostat in stock. She told me she couldn't look it up without the battery number. I'm not around the unit but I'm close to Batteries Plus where I could have picked it up. I'm not sure if it's laziness or a poor computer system that can't look something up but either way rather disappointing.
I was very pleased to learn Batteries Plus replaces key fobs. Honda wanted @ $300 for one and I was able to get two at Batteries Plus for @$129 and so far they work fine! I just learned they also offer lifetime battery watch replacement!
Excellent customer service.
They never let me run out of batteries and always competitive price.
