I was completely satisfied and pleased with the service rendered.
The power button on my Samsung Galaxy phone is not working properly. I brought it to Batteries Plus to have them look at it - it took them a minute to tell me they couldn't fix it and they recommended a couple of other cell phone places in town that would be able to help. For this they charged me $14.99+ tax = $15.89. I expect to pay for someone fixing my phone, but I don't expect to pay when someone looks at it and says - we can't do it, try someone else.
