Andrew is amazing! Great service and pricing!!!!
Very poor service associate hung up the phone on me then they would not pick it back up. Pay them $175 got millions of excuses about people being out on medically. When I called back after being disconnected, they said that they had not talked to me it had no record and told me to please come get my money. If they didn’t have any record of it how can I just go pick up $175. Would not recommend this place to anybody of age people very young and very disrespectful there. Thank you.
I’ve been a customer of Batteries Plus for a few years now after purchasing their lifetime warranty for my key fob battery, which has honestly been such a great investment. My battery lasted much longer than expected, but when it finally needed replacing, I stopped in again and had an excellent experience. Andrew helped me, and he was incredibly kind, personable, and informative. He not only took care of the replacement but also made sure I was up to date on everything I might need going forward. I was helped by Alex and Andrew. They helped replaced my battery in my car. They were extremely friendly, and kind. I'll definitely be back here if I need any more battery help!! If I could give more stars I definitely would :)
