My husband had been seeking a special bulb for an antique train set for a very long time. Beau knew exactly what was needed and was gracious and professional.
Total waste of time. Bought a battery here with a warranty. Came back for a replacement, and the employee refused because it “wasn’t marked” — a new policy that didn’t exist when I bought it. They had proof of purchase linked to my phone number but still made me drive home to get a receipt. Ridiculous. Don’t treat loyal customers like liars. Never coming back.
employee misread battery load tester and ended up costing hundreds of dollars more with unnecessary repair and diagnostic test at a dealership. Was only a dead battery to begin with.
