Ken was great. He not only installed the battery, but checked out the car (alternator, etc). He also checked the existing battery before I bought a new one. Not a lot of biz owners do that and risk not making a sale. Appreciate that.

When other retailers couldn’t help me replace my older iphone battery, Batteries Plus came to the rescue. It’s nice to have the option of restoring a battery to a perfectly working iphone for $80 as opposed to spending $1000 on the newest model.
