Batteries Plus has officially lost our business, and we will not be recommending it to anyone. My family has been loyal customers for years, especially at the Pendleton Pike location. That loyalty ended on January 19th. Some time ago, my retired father purchased and had a key fob programmed at Batteries Plus so I could safely warm up my car while waiting inside at work overnight. I told him to please call me , before they actually done anything to my phone as far as repairing it I just needed to know IF they could dry it out for me ((( instead they made it functional then changed the screen for a substandard screen , the screen they put on my phone didn't last 3 months without cracking , ))) charge me $150 .... Never going back
