I’ve had two experiences with this store in the past two years. The first time, we took an iPhone in for a screen repair. They repaired the screen but the phones audio never worked after that, it was $150 down the drain. Today I went in for a key fob battery replacement, but didn’t get any service. One guy came out of the back room and didn’t acknowledge me. He took someone’s order, went back to the back room, and several other customers came in and just sort of stood around waiting. My wife’s Mazda CX-9 battery went bad, and I couldn’t find a quality replacement for under $275. Then I discovered that Batteries Plus handles car batteries and installations. I checked them out and got a premium Duracell with 100 more CCAs than the original, installed for about $200. The staff member who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving the Clinton Highway location a try.
Efficient and courteous service. Lots of unusual batteries not found in many places. And their prices are now more competitive.
