I bring my mother here for her watch batteries. Today I brought one of my watches in. Mike B, had the battery changed out in my watch and out the door in about 6 minutes. He was personable and efficient. Awesome job.

I’ve now had to deal with Batteries Plus in Springfield THREE separate times for the same phone, and each visit has been worse than the last. First visit: I paid for a screen repair. Before I even left the store, I noticed the front camera looked like it had dust or a crack in it. They admitted the issue and told me they’d replace the camera.
