They were very professional and courteous, they even helped install my new battery so I could get the refund for the old battery. A wonderful experience all around.
Please trained your employees to do a better job!. How can you called yourself an business with this awful customer service?? These employees, mainly kids who do not know what the hell they doing and don't even bother doing an through check. I called this morning and spoke to Alex about my cracked screen. He had a great price on the screen and was friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t thank you enough for the repair you did on my phone. Five stars. I highly recommend Batteries Plus in Roseville.
They broke a screw when installing a battery. Did not own up to it. Did not fix it two weeks later after I returned to show them. They refused to pay for the repair. Sent me to a dealer to fix it which cost me an additional $100.00. I could have gotten a battery at Costco & installed it myself for $100.00 less than their price.
The ease and convenience of ordering online and picking up in the store. The staff were amazingly helpful. I originally ordered the incorrect battery for my riding lawn mower and they were able to find one for me in Florida and have it shipped to Minnesota. I really appreciate them and their extra effort and customer service.
