I brought in three items--two to install batteries into, a G-shock Casio watch, a twenty year old car's remote key--and one to replace a fob to a three year old car. I am certain the attendant never opened the back of the watch when they returned it to say that replacing the battery didn't fix the watch (I bought it unused) and they told me that changing the battery on the remote key was something I would do at the dealer's (B.S.).
