While in need of a remote battery, the Hillbilly stopped in at Batteries Plus on N. Kansas Exp. The staff here is always great, and on this day Greg went above and beyond. I love having these folks on the north side.

The clerk on duty did not pay attention, would not stand behind warranty, which anther clerk had already approved. The phone was fixed by this store and developed a line across the screen . When we took it back to the store the phone was inspected and we were told the part that they put on was defective and they would replace it. They did not have a working part to replace it and we was told they would order new parts and we could bring the phone back and it would be fixed. This did not happen.

Purchased AGM battery with 4 year warranty. Battery is less than 3 years old and will not hold a charge for more than 3 days. I took it back for them to fulfill the guarantee and the man asked if I had it with me. I told him I certainly did it was in my car. He said he would have to remove it and test it for 8 hours before he could replace. I couldn’t believe such an idiotic statement so I left and bought one from O’Reilly. I will never give Batteries Plus another dime. Poor service!
