Alex put in my car battery that's located under my passenger seat. It's incredibly difficult to get to but she spent over an hour outside in the snow replacing them for me. No service charge, just the price of the batteries. I'd trust and highly recommend her to anyone else.

I knew my phone wasn't working the way it should have been. I took the phone to Xfinity and of course they had no way to fix it there. The referred me to Batteries +. I had to many apps open for solitaire games. They fixed the phone, like it was brand new phone... At no charge. Great service. Fantastic!
