The manager of this store is rude dismissive and has a chip on his shoulder.He damaged my phone during repair and he put improper parts back into it when I tried to tell him what he was doing was wrong.He became illiterate and dismissive, and walked away from me very unprofessional.It was at this point that I did get angry and cussat him and told him, I was going to tell t mobile he damaged my phone. Do not I repeat do not patronize the Lodi, CA Store I went to them for a battery replacement, for a iPhone the gentleman claim to be certified IPhone and Android tec’s battery would never hold a charge. Today I went to a actual phone repair shop he pulled the Batteries Plus battery out of my iPhone it still had the manufacturer wrapper on the battery, He also noticed they replaced my screen with the most generic cheap screen. Great work from Batteries Plus in Lodi, especially Taylor. Last year they helped me with a Duracell trailer battery and this spring when the battery failed Taylor pleasantly gave me a new exact replacement, no pushback. Really appreciate their great customer- focused attitude!
