Super easy to drop off my double, triple A batteries, coin cell and a florescents bulb. If you have more than 5 pds or lots of lightbukbs there is a small charge.
Came at 6.58 to be told they closed the store and they can’t sell me a battery
Made an appointment same day to get my screen fixed on my cell. Got there, and they told me that the repair guy was not in today. Taylor was very sincere, and looking to find a solution. He called the South center location, and got me in right away. I would have gave 5 stars, but I am pretty certain that they use inferior glass compared to what comes on a stock Samsung Ultra. Had a weird situation where I had a brand new iPhone 11 Pro that was 6 years old and never unboxed. Battery would not take a charge. Went to Genius Bar at Apple Store and person helping me said they needed to update iOS before Apple could replace the battery (I was willing to pay for this). I specifically mentioned multiple times this was unacceptable. I saw an update was being downloaded and I disconnected the iPhone and left the store.
