Excellent service provided by owner Mr. Derek Powell, he delivered batteries we were looking for over a month for a customer no other batteries store had these outdated golf cart batteries and were able to set up an account in less than 20 minutes and delivery within a week. In town for a 🥎 tournament for my daughter on a Friday morning and my galaxy s23 ultra gave me a overheating message. Called this store and they had the battery in stock. Young man at front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had plenty of certificates on the wall behind the counter. Replaced my battery within 20 mins or so and got to the game on time. Phone seems to be working faster now as well.
We dropped off our iPad at the Tennessee st location to be fixed and we were quoted one week for it to be fixed. It is now over 3 weeks and we have not received it. They also made us pay to have it fixed when we dropped it off so we already paid and have not received our iPad back. The WORST store!!! No one has even offered to make it right. They just act like this is normal every day business
