In town for a 🥎 tournament for my daughter on a Friday morning and my galaxy s23 ultra gave me a overheating message. Called this store and they had the battery in stock. Young man at front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had plenty of certificates on the wall behind the counter. Replaced my battery within 20 mins or so and got to the game on time. Phone seems to be working faster now as well.
We dropped off our iPad at the Tennessee st location to be fixed and we were quoted one week for it to be fixed. It is now over 3 weeks and we have not received it. They also made us pay to have it fixed when we dropped it off so we already paid and have not received our iPad back. The WORST store!!! No one has even offered to make it right. They just act like this is normal every day business
Jackson Solid fixed my galaxy S22 today. He did a fanastic job and the screen works good as new! He even stayed late working on it for me since i expressed the importance of needing it specifically for work. This is the 3rd time my wife or I have had a phone repaired here and the only place I will go. 5 star service start to finish
Horrible! Horrible service at both locations.. Village Square doesn’t make car keys.. Guy at W Tennessee Street told me that he had the key I needed.. only for me to drive all the way there and him to say key machine doesn’t work.. he was watching tv on his phone and could care less.. both locations need to shut down at this rate! Smh
