This location (Store #231 on Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC) is extremely unreliable and does not stand by its word. Brittany Oliver assured me that my phone screen would be repaired within two hours. When I returned to pick it up, not only was it not ready, but I was also met with a long explanation about how they got busy and the line never stopped — none of which was communicated to me beforehand. Do not come here for phone repairs. After waiting a week and a half for them to get the part to my phone they had ordered, I made the treck back up to North Charleston. Spoke with the technician for about 20 minutes and we were getting all shored up for me to leave when he suddenly decided he couldn't fix it because of the cracks in the front of the screen. Batteries Plus, on Rivers Ave. (N. Chs.), was friendly and worth the time to stop by to discuss my multiple battery issues. I learned about batteries. I had a few laughs. And was able to walk out the same day with a battery I knew would solve my issues. I'll certainly be returning to this location. - Hipbone
