I ordered a key fob two weeks ago from Batteries Plus. I was told it would take around a week in order for the key fob to ship in and that they would call when it arrived. After about a week and a half I had heard absolutely nothing from them so I went to the store. My key fob had been delivered and they had failed to call me.
