I ordered a key fob two weeks ago from Batteries Plus. I was told it would take around a week in order for the key fob to ship in and that they would call when it arrived. After about a week and a half I had heard absolutely nothing from them so I went to the store. My key fob had been delivered and they had failed to call me. I came in here to get a spare key made Jodie. One of the stores people that work here was able to do it. She was very nice and kind and she did the job very professionally.I recommend this place for getting your keys made, and it's not bad on the price
