Best in the business. They care about your animal just as much as you do. I wouldn't have my dog today if it wasn't for their exceptional care. When others couldn't they could. I travel 35 minutes one way to use them because I definitely believe there's no better care in the world for my animals.
Brought my baby boy, Zant (cat) here. Were super kind and answered any questions that I had. They also made sure I understood anything that they were doing for him.
My family & I have been working with Battenkill (small animal & equine) for years. The service and care are spectacular. We can call with questions or emergencies and the staff always make time for us. We have never had any issues with the care provided to our pets. Professional and friendly and definitely have the pet's best interest as well as the owners.
I am a lifelong client who has had enough. BEWARE, they will CONSTANTLY try to stick you with extra charges for exams & tests that you NEVER authorized whenever they think they can get away with it. This has been my vet for my entire life & I am fed up !!!
They are all good there. They see all my dogs and cats. As well as the dog that we have come in thru dog control. I can call with an emergency case with dog control and they get me need and help me with all their needs.
