Update on my previous post. Jonny finally completed the gate...but stuffed up the lock cut out. Gate has been returned and we are now at 6 months and back in the cycle of poor customer service, promising completion dates for the remake and same old excuses..."my staff are sick, the machines have broken down etc" Don't go through what we have had to go through if you are thinking of dealing with Batten - it is not worth the stress and constant follow up. I had a positive and supportive experience with Jonny and his team. Their professionalism and quick response time is to be acknowledged. Every step of the process was smooth: initial enquiry, quote, ordering and delivery. The product is exactly what Jonny shows on his Instagram account and is as easy to construct as he demonstrates. The custom height and rake request was easily accommodated. This uninque 50mm batton fence is stunning and I’m so happy with this purchase.
Johnny and his team were very professional to deal with and the process from start to finish was excellent. I'm very happy with the end result and it was very affordable too.
Been waiting for over 2 months now our front gate. Jonny and Alyssa seemed ok to start off with but now they have gone silent. Not taking calls or returning emails. Unfortunately it looks like I am going to have to get consumer affairs involved to get a resolution or my money back. I would not recommend this company.
