BattDepot doesn't fulfill the orders, or provide any sort of customer service over the phone or internet. It's a scam, do not order from them.

This place should be called Bad Depot. I bought a laptop battery for $20 with free shipping. Of course, it was dead on arrival and would not take a charge. When I asked for a replacement, it first claimed it couldn't find the paperwork. Then it said I would have to pay to ship the dead battery back as well as meet a host of requirements such as a photo of the previous battery, which I had thrown away. I'm going to challenge the payment through Visa.

Hi, I brought a laptop battery from this company and the battery was defective. Their batteries do not work, they are I feel completely aware that they do not work and deliberately setting up their refund and return policy with inconvenience and rap tape procedures for their customers to discourage them from returning. They want people to just eat the cost of their defective purchases. How they remain in business I will never understand. I ordered camera battery on 9/14/17 and now it's 10/12/17. Still no battery. I tried repeatedly to contact the company with no response. They never communicated with me enough to let me know if it's on backorder or what. Now I don't have time to order another from someplace else before my vacation.

I have an adapter that's over heating. Out of 3 identical ones I ordered for my laptop, it's the only one acting up. I sent them a photo of burnt plastic etiquettes on the adapter and they won't refund me. They want me to go through their bull**** RMA process, wich has a higher shipping cost then the product cost to me.

I received a bad battery as well. Wish I had started here. I sent an e-mail for resolution but from what I am reading the response, if any, will just raise my blood pressure, I'm sure I will be back to dispute, This caused me to fail out of my college classes.

RE: 3203DB71D7A5 The battery was usable and maybe due to new it wasn't properly charged, RMA form was issued for ******to return item back to us for exchange/ refund and will compensate if tested faulty by our supplier's technician, but it was turn down. Thank you.

I ordered a battery for customer's laptop, and these guys sent the wrong one. In a rush to get the customer taken care of, I carefully ordered a second one. The right one came in, but it would not hold a charge. In trying to return these batteries, I got no response from the company, whether trying to get hold of someone by phone or in submitting an RMA request.

The battery I ordered said in the description that it would fit my laptop and when it didn't they told me to "try again" and that I couldn't figure out how to install it. Then after I sent in more pictures they changed their story and said that I had ordered the wrong part and that I had to pay to return it! When I challenged them on this (through emails because they wouldn't return calls and the live chat link on their site doesn't work) they basically told me I was stupid. RE: 5204D1D7E1F5 Our customer has exaggerated from the fact that wrong replacement battery was ordered, she used HP Pavilion DV5 Series (has many different type batteries, incomplete HP model#) to ordered for our part# LHP234 which the battery she needed was different from her HP Pavilion DV5-1388NR; we have suggested her to reorder again and the link for the correct part# was given to her. Pending on her return the wrong part# back to us for refund. Thank you.

I purchased a replacement battery (LDE210-AP) for my older Dell laptop. The battery cost was $31.99 plus $10.00 dollars for shipping. The battery failed after 45 days of use (would not charge). Battdepot does not have a contact number for customer service (RED FLAG), only email addresses. I sent an email to both info@battdepot.com and techsupport@battdepot.com, never heard back from them.
