I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. I have ordered many of these batteries over the last 5 years. They are rated to last 2.5 to 3 hrs when the computer is unplugged. My usage has always been at least almost 3 hrs when I use the computer away from my office. I received a battery that only lasts 1.8 hr and the company expects me to pay for return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee when it is their product that is sub-par. Bought a $80 laptop battery from BattDepot.com and paid for priority shipping, so I can get it faster. On their website, it states that all orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. I bought my battery on January 17th. They did not make a shipping label for it until January 23rd. It is now January 31st and there is no sign of the battery. Laptop battery only worked for 3 months, return policy is crap, they claim a 1-yr warranty, but they pass shipping costs to consumer and have to review the reason for their ***product not working, so who knows how long that takes, and they'll only replace the product with the same - it stopped working, why would I want the same pos? I'll be purchasing from manufacturer from now on.

I have to give a star because you can't give none or negative. As has been said they shipped a dead battery for my laptop and when I finally got the laptop to see it and the battery to take a charge it only worked for about a half hour and the laptop just went dead. They blamed the charger and the laptop. I paid to send it back and bought a battery from Walmart online and it worked great so it wasn't my charger or laptop but they said their battery tested fine and I'm waiting for a refund regardless I'm out $20 for shipping!... read more

I ordered a replacement A/C adapter for my laptop. It arrived on time, but was the wrong item. Efforts to request an RMA have gone unanswered, as has the request for on-line chat and emails. Their telephone number is voice-mail only. I fear I've lost the money
