If I could give a 0, I would have. I've lived 43 years on this earth and have some regrets in life, but none is bigger than using Battaglia to build my house. There are too many issues to list on here from start to finish to three years later still dealing with issues and complete lack of response. Stay far away from this builder!!!!!!!!! If you really want a custom house that you have worked hard your entire life for and will continue to work hard for, use anyone but Battaglia!!!
Being familiar with this builder, Please know what the builder shows you and the allowance he gives when quoting your new home. Those things are called change orders. Be prepared
